- Fixed Displacement Compressor
. Fixed displacement, cooling is controlled by frequent on/off switching; high fuelconsumption, large temperature fluctuations; commonly used in older and economy vehicles. - Variable Displacement Compressor
Continuously adjustable displacement from 2% to 100%, no frequent on/off, constanttemperature, more fuel-efficient; mainstream in mid-to-high-end fuel vehicles.
